Before a new model is admitted to work for the famous Elite Pain web site, they have to go through an extensive casting session first, for testing their limits and pain threshold. After the casting they are either being sent home and never be seen again, or they receive exclusive access authorization to their first Elite Pain shooting, once their bodies have recovered from the casting marks.
